Inside Sales Territory Manager

MedGyn Products, a manufacturer of medical products for Ob/Gyn professionals, is seeking well-qualified sales professionals for the position of Inside Sales Territory Manager. There are multiple positions available.

MedGyn has been providing innovative and cost-effective products to women's health professionals for over 35 years. The company has an established world-wide reputation for quality and customer focus.

Based at the company's headquarters in Addison, Illinois, this is an inside sales position selling to hospitals, clinics, and physicians' practices. We are searching for a forward-thinking, aggressive individual looking for a future with a growing and dynamic company. The qualified candidate will have experience with heavy outbound calling, proven sales skills, and ability to communicate effectively with physicians.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree
* Excellent communication skills
* Minimum of 3-5 years of inside sales experience
* Experience in medical device industry (optional)

International Sales Coordinator (Canadian Territory)

MedGyn Products is a rapidly growing medical device manufacturer and distributor and is seeking an International Sales Coordinator for Canada. We are seeking highly motivated candidates with excellent sales and communication skills, as well as established qualifications and a proven track record of success.

The International Sales Coordinator will report directly to the VP of International Sales and will establish and manage a network of international distributors selling to the obstetrician/gynecology market in Canada.

Responsibilities:

-Develop innovation methods for distributor account generation
-Negotiate distributor agreements
-Lead the Canadian “business” managing the value chain from generation of new customers, recurrent sales, product supply and distribution, collections, logistics experience, and superior customer service to achieve sales targets
-Participate in international tradeshows and conferences to further penetrate the Canadian market
-Work effectively with the International Sales team for continued success in developing a strong footprint in the international space

Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree with a minimum of 2+ years of outstanding international sales experience
-Have superior communication skills
-Willing to travel internationally
-Experience in the medical device industry (optional)

Compensation:

The starting salary will be commensurate with experience and education level. It will include a base salary plus commission package. This is a full-time position with standard company benefits.
